Refund Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation:

1.1 If you need to cancel your medical appointment for any reason, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and potentially offer the appointment to another patient in need.

1.2 Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid fees or deposits, minus any applicable administrative charges.

1.3 Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a partial refund, considering administrative and operational expenses incurred in preparing for your visit.

2. Surgical Services Cancellation:

2.1 For surgical procedures, a more extended notice period is usually required due to the complex planning involved. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled surgery date to be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Surgical cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled surgery date might not be eligible for a refund, as significant preparations and resources would have already been allocated.

3. Refund Processing:

3.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our International Patient Services team via email or through our official website.

3.2 Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3.3 Ayan Medical Services reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative fees from the refunded amount to cover administrative and operational costs incurred during the planning and preparation stages.

4. Exceptions:

4.1 In the event of unexpected medical complications or emergencies, Ayan Medical Services will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may consider providing a refund or rescheduling options.

4.2 Visa and travel-related fees, as well as charges for accommodations and transportation, are subject to the respective policies of the service providers and will be governed by their cancellation and refund policies.
